Personal Training  

For individuals who are training for specific sports, marathon training, want nutritional support or for general fitness. Coaching is available at any level, from beginner to expert, and can be done at home or in local venues.

Group Training

Designed for sports teams, groups of friends or work colleagues who have aligned aims, goals or are training towards an event. This can be a cheaper way to train in numbers but individuals are still welcome to join to form a group.


Delivery of workshops to professionals to improve skills and knowledge, training; job role or equipment specific or if you are planning a convention and are looking for expert comment, presentations or a spokesperson.
